The Reward Pay program enables merchants to offer a discounted price for cash sales and non-cash adjustment fees for credit card transactions. Non-Cash adjustments are automatically calculated when a credit card sale is processed on the merchant’s terminal under the Cash Discount program.
The non-cash adjustment may be applied to Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX credit sales but may not be applied to PIN Debit or EBT transactions.

What is included in the Reward Pay Program?

  • One (1) – Dejavoo Z8 Tri Comm EMV/NFC Contactless terminal with internal PIN Pad (pictured below)
  • Free FedEx Express Saver shipping (3-4 business days), Expedited shipping is available at merchants’ expense.
  • 2 – paper rolls External PIN pads are NOT included but may be purchased separately.

*For merchants processing at least $20,000.00 per month with recent processing statement to validate (no start-ups).

What if I don’t make the monthly minimum?

The cost for non-qualifying (under $20K AMV) and/or additional units is: $195.00 + shipping (may change without notice) Payment plans are available for merchants to help spread out costs and this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

What is the cash discount adjustment percentage?

The Non-Cash Adjustment percentage is set at 4% by default. Merchants have the option of paying for a portion of this as well though, so a smaller fee is passed on to their customer. L3 Payments can allow some merchants to offer a lower Non-Cash Adjustment rate altogether, which is approved on a case-by-case basis.

What is the monthly fee?

The monthly program fee is $30.00 which includes account maintenance, service, online access to our proprietary customer dashboard and PCI compliance with $100,000 data breach protection.

How quickly will my application be processed?

The completed, signed application along with voided check, driver’s license, and a previous processing statement will need to be submitted through the dashboard for the fastest turnaround time. If auto approval conditions are met, the merchant account application will usually be approved the same day within 1-3 hours. Under a terminal placement program, the terminal will be deployed the same business day.
